A SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN ACHIEVEMENT

Distrito La Perla was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM), one of the largest and most influential architecture, interior design, engineering, and urban planning firms in the world, and developed by OUEST Group, with more than 40 years of experience in big scale projects, such as Punta Mita, an ambitious touristic project in Jalisco and Nayarit coasts.

OFFICE CAMPUS

Design for innovation. Future ready

Designed as the technology hub within the community, the Office Campus will mold a vibrant workplace and grow along with the district.

The Distrito La Perla Office Campus entails a total surface of 350,000 sqm (3,767,368 sqft) which is divided in two stages. The first stage, buildings BIO and ESFERA comprehends 40,000 sqm (430,556 sqft).

MEDICAL

Center

The Medical Center next to the Office Campus has a total of 120,000 sqm.

CENTRAL PARK

The 120,000 sqm Central Park combines public open area with a 15,000 sqm urban center and rainwater storage opportunities. Also, it will have fountains, and an overhead truss wraps completely around one end of the park will serve as a terraced event section. This park will have a water system that reduces pressure to the actual city’s water infrastructure

COMMERCIAL

The retail component will have a gross leseable área of 180,000 sqm. Distrito La Perla has the biggest shopping mall of Guadalajara as well as shopping streets with green areas and an open environment. The shopping mall surface includes big, medium and small areas for stores and restaurants, and numerous passages connected to District’s central plaza.

RESIDENTIAL

2,500 residential units are located with the vertical luxury development area which surrounds the central park. Their interior courtyards of each block of the residential buildings will have greenways which will round out the vital living experience.
